A man was killed late Tuesday night when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into the parking lot of Belden Center shopping plaza.
According to Newsnet5.com, Jackson Township police said the victim was identified as Justin Zickafoose, 26, of Canton.
Zickafoose was riding south on Dressler Road NW when he hit a curb and lost control of the bike. He continued through the grass in between the parking lot and the road before hitting three metal poles.
Police told Newsnet5.com that they believe the man was killed when he struck the metal poles and was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other passengers were on the bike and no other vehicles were involved in the accident.
