Arrests
An Austin, Texas, woman was charged with felonious assault, resisting arrest and obstructing official business May 27. Police reported observing her getting in and out of trucks and soliciting money at the Travel Plaza on Portage Street Northwest.
A Canton man, 22, of Sixth Street Northwest, was charged with felony receiving stolen property May 27 on Sunset Strip Avenue Northwest. Police said he had several credit cards and gift cards that were reported stolen from a vehicle.
A Green woman, 46, was charged with domestic violence May 25 following a May 14 incident at the A-1 Japanese Steak House on Dressler Road Northwest on May 14. Police said she and her husband were celebrating his birthday when they began to quarrel and she hit him in the face.
