The Kent State University at Stark will present the second event of a four part series on oil and gas education on Jan. 24.
Presentations are open to the public and will provide education, forums and a chance to ask questions on the featured subject. Attorneys at Roetzel and Andress present each session.
This presentation will educate the public on property and mineral rights including royalties, ownership, curing land titles and laws governing oil and gas ownership and development.
Presenters for the evening are Roetzel and Andress attorneys Brian J. Moore and Randall J. Moore. Brian Moore has extensive knowledge of real estate, development, leasing and construction law. He was named to The Best Lawyers in America for banking, finance and real estate law. He is also a member of the firm's oil and gas industry team.
Randall Moore has experience in oil and gas cases involving leasing, drilling and administrative proceedings. He was named to The Best Lawyers in America for commercial litigation and insurance law.
